Large foul pump installation.
Project Scope:
The contract was for the supply and installation of two number submersible foul sewage
pumps. A paramount concern of the client and the consulting engineer was good solids
handling. Specialist pumps with high performance hydraulics were chosen to provide this
assurance to the client.
A mono muncher was also installed. A standby generator, flow meter, mains monitoring
were all part of the client’s requirements.
The foul pumping station caters for a large housing estate in the Cork city suburbs.
